    The most successful supplier companies are those who fully realise the opportunities available to them. Through careful planning, promoting their attendance in advance and by taking advantage of the promotional opportunities we provide (many of them free of charge) these companies stand out from the crowd.

    Successful participation at WTM Connect Asia starts now. Read our advice below covering what you can do in advance of the event and during it to increase your chances of success.

  • Increase your visibility before the show

    The first step is to make sure you have added your company profile to the list of exhibiting companies so that potential buyers know who you are and that you’ll be there. Complete your company description and details of your products, adding press releases, videos and images, to help visitors to the Exhibitor Directory understand the value of visiting you at the show.

    Your contact information will be listed in the printed catalogue distributed at the show. Stand holders will also receive a 50 word entry about their company in the official show catalogue. Please note that the catalogue deadline (see the Exhibitor Manual) and any companies not registered by this date will not be included.

    Complete your Company Profile

    Use social media and your website

    Social media is a great and cost effective way to engage instantly with customers, prospects, industry experts, press and associations to build networks and reach people that may never have been possible before. Make sure that you add your social media links to your exhibitor profile on the WTM Connect website so visitors can join your networks.

    Interact with us on the main social media platforms – Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. Here you can gain vital information on the show and converse with your peers about pertinent industry topics.

    Advertise your participation to your contacts

    WTM Connect isn’t just an opportunity for new business and relationships, it’s also about cementing and strengthening existing ones. Make sure your network knows that you’ll be at the show by telling them, sharing your participation on LinkedIn and encouraging them to apply to attend as well.

    PR & Press

    Capitalise on a wide range of free WTM Connect PR opportunities designed to help promote your company to potential visitors based in this region and around the world. If you are a new exhibitor or you are a returning exhibitor launching a new product, details about your company or new product could be featured in the Exhibitor news section of our website. The link to Exhibitor News will also be included in an email sent to all pre-registered visitors plus press and promoted via our Social Media platforms. Please send details about your company or product to our Press and PR Manager. Please note that the information must be newsworthy and relevant to the industry, generic company statements will not be considered.

    Consider upgrading your Exhibitor Package. On average, the Premium Plus Package delivers double the number of visitors to your online company profile, more than five times as many product page views, leading to 45% more online pre-show leads through year-round priority listings and features.
